About me
For many years, I have worked professionally with people in complex life situations as a social educator and caseworker within the fields of disability and psychiatry. A large part of my professional life has been dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals, including people with intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, and cognitive challenges. My work has focused on building strong relationships, supporting well-being, ethical practice, personal development, and guiding people through processes of change.
I am trained as a social educator and have further education in areas such as ethics and relational practice, pedagogical knowledge and research, neurorehabilitation, and neuropedagogy. In addition, I am a certified mindfulness instructor and incorporate presence, calmness, and balance into my work.
In my practice, I work in a holistic and person-centred way, focusing on the connection between mind, body, and emotions. I support individuals in exploring patterns, increasing self-awareness, and creating greater clarity and direction in their lives.
I place great importance on creating a safe and respectful space where you can work with personal development at your own pace, in a way that feels meaningful and right for you. I can offer Soul Realignment sessions in Danish, Estonian, and English.
